Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provided engineering design, improvement plans, design survey, and engineering assistance during construction of a new car dealership ($8 million) for Crown Dodge.

Designed from an empty plot of land at the Ventura Auto Center, a major challenge was maintaining stormwater quality; which was addressed using new treatment facilities and received favorable feedback from the City. Typical stormwater contaminants generated by asphalt surfaces and vehicle fluids from car washing and repair bays are treated using bio-filtration systems located in the parkway.
