Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. worked closely with the City of Oxnard as their Construction Management team of choice to provide construction management assistance on a complex project. We organized and tracked project communications, responded to RFIs dealing with construction issues and design plans. We documented and inspected construction progress and provided oversight for the Phase 1 GREAT Pipeline project.

Our team including Don Jensen and Lawrence Faulkner, worked directly with City Capital Improvements and Public Works Staff addressing daily design and construction issues, RFIs responses, change order reviews, and project documentation in the field complete with supportive paperwork. Our management and documentation allowed us to seamlessly supplement the City staff and limit the City’s costs for this project.
