A $15M renovation project of the City-owned Olivas Park Golf Course. This 140-acre project included demolition and new construction of the golf course and facilities. Improvements included a new clubhouse, storage building, parking lot, 18-hole golf course, driving range, and restrooms, all requiring storm drain, water, fire, and sewer improvements.

Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. worked with the City of Ventura, project architect, and golf course architect from initial concept through construction. Responsibilities included topographic mapping, improvement plans, construction staking, and engineering support during construction.
