JDS is proud of their relationship with Habitat for Humanity – Ventura. It began with employee participation in the construction of several houses in the Piru development. For this project in Thousand Oaks, JDS furnished construction documents and construction survey services as Habit built a single family residence on Houston Street. The lot was previously vacant.

The second project is a 3 house subdivision in Simi Valley. The city donated the parcel of land and JDS provided Civil Engineering and Surveying services to subdivide the parcel for the construction of the residences. The parent parcel was divided into 4 parcels, with the 4th remaining as a Park’s District lot.
