Jim is a project manager and design engineer for various industrial, commercial, and residential projects throughout Ventura County. Jim designs and manages projects in multiple municipalities and governmental agencies throughout Ventura County to create engineering designs and implementation plans specific to each agency’s design and permitting standards. His proven record for designing and managing successfully constructed projects is extensive and ranges from large-scale 30-acre redevelopment projects in the heart of urban environments, to new construction of residential apartments in master-planned communities.
