Village at the Park

Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. was the engineer of record for the Village at the Park, a planned residential community in Camarillo, California. Our services included engineering design and construction survey. The project is 320 acres, with a network of local and collector street types, sidewalks, and paths connecting 644 residential units in a mixture of densities, product types, and styles. Some of the services JDS has provided include: preparation of base maps, storm drain plans, drainage studies, SWPPP/SQUIMPs, erosion control plans, grading plans, water plans, fire hydrant plans, sewer and water capacity studies, hydrology reports, final maps and easements, and construction documents. JDS also provided engineering design and construction services for the Sports Park which required cost estimates, improvement plans, electrical and soils consultant coordination, as-builts and construction engineering. Other work has included the preparation of plans for the widening of Calleguas Creek, in conjunction with the Watershed Protection District, Ventura County.
