Citrus Apartments

Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provided civil engineering and survey services for three phases of apartments in the Saticoy area of Ventura, California.  Citrus I is a 54-unit apartment complex on Citrus Drive, which was processed through the City Planning Department and constructed in 2015.  Citrus II is a 78-unit apartment complex with 14 affordable units.  Citrus III is a 43-unit residential project with 5 affordable units.  All three projects included site improvement plan packages, offsite improvements, and planning processing through the City of Ventura.
