Clinicas Oxnard

Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. provided civil engineering and survey services for the two-story 38,614 square foot Clinicas Roberto S. Juarez Health Center with supporting parking lot in Oxnard, California. The new facility is one of fifteen full-service health centers Clinicas offers throughout Ventura County and will serve the Oxnard community by providing high-quality accessible healthcare services all under one roof. The first phase of the project involved working with the consultant team and owner to determine the overall site plan, for which JDS provided a topographic survey and mapping boundary.  Preliminary grading plans were prepared reflecting MS-4 compliance and wet utilities to obtain City entitlements.  JDS also prepared the final improvement plans which included offsite street and storm drain improvements and construction support.
