Mizel Estate Outdoor Events

Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. has successfully represented Mizel Estate as they have grown their vision as a 38 acre privately owned working vineyard and horse ranch in the heart of Hidden Valley, north of Los Angeles. JDS assisted repurposing a portion of the property into a working vineyard with rose garden, koi pond, gazebo, and waterfall through site planning, civil engineering, and permitting services. The property is home to 63,000 square feet of premier ranching facilities for which JDS has guided Mizel Estate through the permitting process for a Conditional Use Permit and the addition of supportive barns, caretaker cottages, and road improvements. Most recently, JDS assisted Mizel Estate with permits to allow temporary outdoor events in the vineyard.
