Ventura County Medical Center

In order to meet current seismic code requirements, the Ventura County Medical Center (VCMC), located in the heart of the City of Ventura, constructed a new five-story medical office building as part of their Campus Master Improvements. Jensen Design & Survey, Inc. was the Engineer of Record for this project which required the relocation of an 18 modular unit Family Care Center and associated utilities, installation of a mobile x-ray lab, relocation of the Fainer Cooling Tower and Hillmont House, grading and drainage for the project area, parking lot improvements, and a 3D model of underground utilities. Through the duration of those projects, we also provided engineering and construction surveying services and worked as their on-call peer reviewer working shoulder-to-shoulder with them and their Design/Build Team for the newest Replacement Hospital.
